- Make sport fun.
- Just do the best that you can, listen to your coaches and teachers as they can help you to improve your skills and techniques.
- It is important that you stretch and warm up before you play sport.
- Attend training sessions and games regularly if you can.
- Work on basic skills like passing, kicking, tackling etc.
- It is important to eat and drink the right things before matches and training.
- Watch your favourite players, what do they do, what can you see that is similar and different to your own game.
- Take opportunities to try out different sports and activities and find out what you like best and then focus on your favourites.
