When will you receive your equipment?

• You will receive an acknowledgement letter or email sometime in January or early February 2008.
• If this does not arrive by the end of February please check the progress of your order online or call the Helpline on 0870 333 3365 with your reference number.
• Equipment will be delivered to your school by 30th April 2008, unless you are informed otherwise. If you haven’t received it by then, please call us immediately.
