Ordering

1. On making your choice, ensure that you read through the product description and order code carefully.
2. The order form you receive in your pack is unique to your school or club only and CANNOT be used elsewhere.
3. Check with your PE or club co–ordinator that the products ordered are those your school or club definitely needs – products cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
4. Complete the order form from your school or club mailing pack.
5. Only one order per school or club can be accepted and cannot be changed once sent. Second or subsequent orders will not be accepted and the vouchers will be banked for use in Sport for Schools and Clubs 2008.
6. Include Sport for Schools and Clubs 2007 vouchers only. Vouchers from the Computers for Schools scheme are not valid for use as part of this scheme. Bundle vouchers into 100s – the words "Tesco Sport for Schools and Clubs" should be face up. Secure bundles with elastic bands, not staples. Cash top ups cannot be accepted.
7. Place all vouchers and your order form into one box to post. If you need to send vouchers in more than one box, please mark this clearly and enclose a copy of the order form in each box. Please also mark the order form to show the number of parcels sent.

Keep all your vouchers in school or at your club until you are ready to send your order. Send all vouchers at once – do not send vouchers at intervals during the scheme.

Please use a method of postage that provides a proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers lost in transit. Proof of postage will not be sufficient.

Please remember:

• ALL orders and vouchers must be received by 18th January 2008.
• Any vouchers received after this date will be banked for use in 2008.
• All vouchers must be banked by 28th March 2008.
• No further vouchers can be accepted after this date.
